Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not fully satisfied, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received – unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Damages & Issues

We carefully inspect every item before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products, hygiene-related products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have any doubts about a specific item, please reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, color, or item, the quickest solution is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without explanation. Items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
